Our team takes a role in the earliest stages of conceptual planning, and throughout the project lifecycle; we call this CTG (“Cloud to Ground”). We employ a candid, fact-based assessment of a project’s operating environment and strategic aims. We believe strategic planning is a process and methodology, more than a fixed outlook, that tightly couples early evidence of project feasibility and market need with highly iterative improvements to the project’s processes. Then, once a project plan is approved, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with stakeholders to carry out the project’s objectives. After all, a strategic plan is only as effective as the ability to execute it.
